DESIGN
Our technical assistance extends to part design and review, material selection, compound development, design of tools and adaptive manufacturing methods.
MANUFACTURING
Our 60,000 square foot facility, located in Warren, Ohio is equipped with two continuous cure liquid salt lines allowing us to produce everything from small diameter thin-wall tubing to six-inch profiles. Utilizing custom mixed recipes, including dense and sponge, organic compounds and silicone, Dybrook manufactures products as diverse as bumpers, gaskets, seals and more.
PROTOTYPE
Dybrook believes that prototyping is the best method of providing low cost, prompt delivery of parts for your applications. This not only aids in design but it allows our customers to proceed into production tooling with confidence.
VALUE ADDED SERVICES
If you need tubing or profiles cut to precise lengths, we utilize flywheel and on-demand cutters to meet your requirements. Dybrook’s team effort also includes printing on extrusions, slitting, splicing and taping. We offer custom packaging, barcoding and EDI capabilities.
QUALITY
We are proud of our ISOITS 16949:2002 Registered quality system. Using statistical process control (SPC) we strive to achieve zero defect levels in all of our operations. In addition, we are constantly monitoring and improving our processes to reduce our cost of quality.
