development, design of tools and adaptive manufacturing methods.
MANUFACTURING
Our 60,000 square foot facility, located in Warren, Ohio is equipped with presses ranging from 75 to 400 ton. Injection molding methods as well as compression and transfer molding.
SERVICE
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
PROTOTYPE
Dybrook believes that prototyping is the best method of providing low cost, prompt delivery of parts you can use in applications. Prototyping aids in design and allows our customers to proceed into production tooling with confidence.
MOLDING METHODS
Compression molding of rubber parts utilizes relatively inexpensive molds. The use of accurately weighed preforms keeps material costs to a minimum. |
Transfer molding is used for high volume production of close tolerance rubber parts. Material costs are higher, but “trimless” molding reduces finishing costs. |
Used for both rubber and plastic components, injection molding is ideal for very long production runs where the parts must have excellent dimensional integrity. |
